Clinic purchase conditions Not refundable. May be transferred to another person or date more than 48 hours prior to scheduled clinic.
V.I.P Passes Not refundable. V.I.P Passes are valid for two years from date of purchase.
Booking conditions Changes may be made no less than 48 hours prior to scheduled clinic without incurring a transfer fee of $50.00
Copyright conditions All techniques and information imparted on an MTB Skills Clinic is the intellectual property of Mountainbike Adventures and is protected under New Zealand copyright laws. It is not to be used for commercial or other gain by any persons not approved by Mountainbike Adventures, or to further the development of persons who have not attended an MTB Skills Clinic.
Clinic conditions These terms and conditions confirm that riders enter this MTB Skills Clinic with an understanding and acceptance of the following :
It is the responsibility of the participants to ride within their limitations in order to minimize risk of accident and injury to themselves and other riders. As bypasses are provided for all structures and technical sections, participants have the option to attempt or ignore the structures within the park.
I have read and understand the terms and conditions above. I also understand that there is an element of risk associated with participating in this riding clinic. With this understood I will not hold Mountainbike Adventures responsible for any injuries or equipment damage I may sustain.
Mountainbike Adventures is a New Zealand company. All charges / costs are in New Zealand Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
