V.I.P Passes are not transferable to another person.   Booking conditions Bookings made by telephone incur a non-refundable $5 service fee per person. Changes to bookings made by telephone will not incur a service fee. Bookings made via internet on www.mtbskillsclinics.co.nz incur no service fees.   Copyright conditions All techniques and information imparted on an MTB Skills Clinic is the intellectual property of Mountainbike Adventures and is protected under New Zealand copyright laws. It is not to be used for commercial or other gain by any persons not approved by Mountainbike Adventures, or to further the development of persons who have not attended an MTB Skills Clinic.   Clinic conditions These terms and conditions confirm that riders enter this MTB Skills Clinic with an understanding and acceptance of the following :   It is the responsibility of the participants to ride within their limitations in order to minimize risk of accident and injury to themselves and other riders. As bypasses are provided for all structures and technical sections, participants have the option to attempt or ignore the structures within the park.   I have read and understand the terms and conditions above. I also understand that there is an element of risk associated with participating in this riding clinic.
